About

Customer-centered delivery that makes change work

Customer service, process improvement, and change management are central to how I lead. I manage enterprise technology programs from requirements and planning through testing, rollout, adoption, and support, with close attention to the people who must use, support, and sustain the change.

My cross-industry experience includes Fortune 500 companies, government, hardware, information technology services, telecommunications, healthcare, insurance, financial services, banking, commercial real estate, and consumer services. Recent work spans enterprise AI adoption, a federally funded child welfare program, and merger and acquisition integration.

I work across business, IT, security, architecture, data, vendors, and leadership. My delivery approach combines disciplined program management with practical service readiness, role-based learning, clear communications, and continuous process improvement.
